I am sure lots have posted there opinions about Saturday. Here is one more.
When I heard the game on Saturday (and on the talk shows today) it seemed worse than it really was.

Basically a ten point loss to a very good tenn team is not terrible considering the number of mistakes made. The picks were bad but the penalties worse. It looked like noone knew what they were doing.
Jay is terrible aside form one nice fade pattern into the endzone with Booker all over his receiver.
AJ was solid. The pick was not entirely his fault and he will be solid if wanny gives him the reigns from here on out. Both QBs were gripping and forcing things to show they should be the starter. Gotta pick one and stick with it. It should be AJ.
The O Line is inconsistant. I find some solice in that. They could have been simply dominated by a very strong D line but they did some dominating also. Given some time they could be average, or good enough by the 3-4th game.
Gordon looked good for a guy who knows nothing about the offense. If he runs the correct route it may have saved the AJ pick and 7 points. With some better blocking he may be a back we can hang our hat on. Like his power and speed. However unless he is great I want edge. Minor has some good pop but lacks the power to be a every down back (who didn't know that).
Boy we missed Konrad. Hope he is back next game. He would have greatly impacted the O. I dont think he would have won the game for us but he would have been an impact.
Randy is a flat out stud and showed it yesterday.
We need AJ, if for no other reason, to get the ball to CC. As always, he looked good WHEN HE GOT THE BALL. Loved the reverse and awarenes on the fumble. Yes it was a fumble. Booker was poor. I am hoping it was mostly a lack of time with the offense but you cannot run a 5 yard hook when its 3rd and 6. He did it at least twice.
The D was money.
Only gave up 10 pts against a good team is solid. Especially given the amount of time they were on the field and without Timbo. Bringing him back will bolster the run D back to top status. No more 50 yrd runs.
Taylor looked good as always and gave away a few sacks, one to williams, as he did with wally. PS how is loosing in chi-town wally? Get used to it.
Of course Seau was Seau. Dynamic and slashing, sometimes making a big play sometimes allowing one. Zach was a stud and Greenwood is looking better and better.
The CBs and safeties were solid. Knight layed some wood. Edwards missed a few tackes and got leveled on one play. I hope Bell comes on soon.
The special teams finally look special, well except for Mare. I hope he regains his form from a few years ago or we may be putting kicker high on our shopping list next year.
Basically to me it felt like we were a few plays away from making this quite close or even winning.
The McMike Fumble. should have been 1st and goal.

AJ Pick- which will not happen when both AJ and Gordon get more exp.

Mare FG- Mare of 01, where are you????

I like Gordon he seems like a leader something this Offense sorely lacks im hoping Booker steps up in that department also..I think Chambers and Mcmike have the fire but not skills to be leaders I also like the fact that James is grabbing the reigns as the O-line leader I think come Mid-season they could be blowing some big holes in opponents D-lines.I think that we have to hope the D can keep us at 500 for the first half till the offense starts gelling I dont see this offense as being the Clock management type we have had here recently but I do see some big-play potential. At least this offensive line has a chance to improve last years Unit we had a lot more guys in the right place they just couldnt do the job anymore we may have some plays blown up because these guys are out of position but at least they have the potential to get a LOT better.
