1: I wish we'd go back to aqua pants with the white jerseys, I'm not a fan of the all white. I like the white jerseys with aqua pants and the aqua jerseys with aqua pants, get rid of the white pants.

2: Reggie Howard...........ARRRRGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:yell: :fire: :shakeno:

3: Chris Chambers - He wonders why Saban said "decent" WRs? Gee, I wonder, maybe because our supposed #1 WR dropped at LEAST 3, maybe even four I think, passes that SHOULD have been caught, any one of them which were to be big plays, especially the last play which was a potential game-tying TD. Yea, he scored 2 TDs, and after the first one the dumb anouncer was like "oh, he's showing Saban he isn't just a "decent" WR. Why, cuz he caught a short pass in the endzone, you know, cuz that's not his JOB or anything? It wasn't a spectacular 1-handed sideline catch in the corner of the endzone in double coverage, cuz THAT might show Saban he is more than "decent", it was a plain old short pass to the endzone. His second catch was a joke too, it was a blown play and he basically trotted to the endzone and played schoolyard catch with Gus. I have kept my mouth shut on Chambers so far, but I'm fed up after today. Does anyone else notice that EVER SINGLE TIME he misses a catch he tries to call for/complain about pass interference? I even saw one play today where he straight up dropped the ball and wasn't even close to being touched and he tried to call for a flag. What a joke, I'm now officially over Chris Chambers.

4. Heath Evans - I wonder if they used him so much just in spite of us, lol.

5. When that one play was snapped prematurely, the chambers TD play, I almost had a heart attack, I was like "great, here we go again, a chance to win/tie late and we have to F it up again. Then when gus picked it up and threw the TD I was stunned into silence for a good 3 minutes and 19 seconds, lol.

7. Wes Welker - Continues to impress me, he needs the ball more.

8. Ronnie Brown - Looked good AGAIN, and I LOVED him running over the DB and injuring him, lol, he PLOWED through him, maybe it was a little revenge for Ricky getting SLAMMED by Samuels.

9. I HATE THE PATS.

10. I HATE Tom Brady

Funny that this is a good thread, but most people are too busy starting the 177th "bench Gus" thread to post in it.

I agree. Great thread.

Agent51: You hit the nail on the head with every point about today's game, IMO.

As for hating Brady, I don't personally hate any player or team. At this point, I'd give my left testicle for a QB as good as he is. ;)

could someone please explain to me why the Dolphins refuse to run the ball down at the 5 yardline with the game on the line?

um no this isnt a good thread. its pointless and opinion oriented.

your first topic is what color the pants should be?

get real.

I was stunned for 36 seconds...the time it took NE to march and throw its own TD in 3 plays including the kickoff and retake the lead....!

this is comming from someone with an AJ Feeley avatar....

Good teams always find ways to pull games out, guys make big plays, find ways to make big catches....this team always seems to do the opposite....Chambers makes great catches but then drops easy catches with the game on the line....how many times has Chambers won a game for us? NEVER??? Then McMike makes a nice catch in the first half but he doesn't put the ball away and we fumble it and we don't score and give the Patriots a chance to stick around. We just don't seem to have tough players....nobody with killer instincts....nobody seems to step up and take charge....Nick needs to cut the soft players and get some guys who play hard and care enough to win.

Heres the real observations

25 Carries combined between Ricky and Ronnie

both of them alone are able to carry at least 20 times a piece.

If the defence sees and expects run, run it.
If the defence plays pass, run it.

Ricky Williams and Ronnie Brown are Playmakers. Playmakers are players that make the play despite the coverage, any average player can make good yards when the offence sees a mismatch with the defencive scheme, it takes a playmaker to get the yards when they count, despite what the match seems to be.

Scott Linehan believes that Frerrote and Chambers can be his Culpepper and Moss duo. They can not. Scott Linehan (sp) is pass oriented, this teams playmakers are a tight end, defence, and TWO running backs.

He fails to use them enough, he fails to have enough variety and strategy in run-based plays. Therefore the defence reads what run plays he uses (I Form) and picks them apart everytime.

The Ronnie Audible is somewhat effective, but still predictable at this point.

Until he realizes McMichael is a better receiver for a TE slot out and starts playing Welker as opposite tight end in screen pass zone, for short passes with YAC or simply running the ball with our RB duo. We will continue to lose.

His playcalling hasnt changed from when he was with minnesota, and in order for this to improve he needs to be fired or smacked in the back of the head.

You are judging my opinion on my laziness to change my avatar? Well let me explain to you. Feeley is a big contributor to last years win over new england. Should the fins of pulled out out today i would of been happy to adjust.

Until then. STFU.

Mod Edit: Be civil. No telling anyone else to shut up.

Because some of us are still bitter about having to deal with Gus Frerotte every sunday.

he is the leader of the victory over NE. until we do it again it will remain. and that QB can have the glory of being in my avatar.
