First of all, can the draft get here already? This sucks haha. We've all read about the fins possibly trading up, the debate whether its worth it or not, and who we've been linked to trading up for. heres just my thoughts, even though I'm just another person giving his opinion haha.

First of all, the rumor of Miami targeting Kevin White i think is bs. I have 0 insight or anything when it comes to this but Kevin White doesnt seem like a Philbin or Hickey pick. My favorite player in the draft is Amari Cooper so maybe I'm a little biased but I hope they trade up for him if we are indeed moving up. I think Cooper is as polished as they come, he's been successful for multiple years against the toughest competition in college football, and is football smart. Not to take anything away from White but I just don't think he will ever have his game to the polished level as Cooper. Pair Cooper with Landry and watch the technicians do work. Me personally, I would give up whatever it takes to get Cooper, but that's why I'm not a gm lol

On to the Rb debate. I do think we're intrigued with Gurley, and I think he could be our pick. I would not be upset with it at all. However i think we could do better. I think also the trade up talk could be with some intent to get him if his medical comes back clean, as he likely won't last to 14 if it does. Give tannehill a legit Rb to take some pressure off and watch his play action kill teams. I personally don't want Gordan with our first unless we trade back.

All in all nobody knows what the hell we are thinking which is what makes this all so fun. It gives all of us a chance to play gm for a while haha. As the gm of our beloved fins, I will trade our first, second, and next years second to go up to 4th to grab Cooper. That's an insane price to pay but the though of him with landry for years puts a smile on my face. 2 young studs that fit our QB's strengths perfectly is how you give Ryan the best chance to succeed.

Hopefully I will see many of you at the draft party at the stadium!! Thanks for reading and go fins!!:brewskis::brewskis::brewskis:

This is called posturing. They are showing interest in an array of positions and players to give other teams incentive to trade with them or have a good gauge on whoever falls to them. I don't see them trading up.

Which is really smart by our FO. I don't see them trading up either but if for some reason they do I want Cooper like a school boy in the 90's wanted Brittany spears lol

I hate to say it but....... When was the last time we saw the FO do this?

Do something smart? Or trade up? Lol

Smart wise.. Last year was a good start.. Trade up? For Jordan. Too bad they don't go hand in hand. Haha

Last year it seemed as though they had their sights set on James all along. I thought they were blowing smoke and was surprised they took him where they did.

Kevin White wouldn't be a Philbin or Hickey pick. He would be a Tannenbaum pick.

Tannenbaum clearly sees what I see: Ryan Tannehill is good at throwing low trajectory direct laser beams, but weak at high arcing deep balls so that 4.3 speedsters can accelerate through the ball (Mike Wallace).

The best match for Ryan Tannehill are strong catch radius receivers who give big bullseye targets for Tannehill. This is why we kept Jarvis Landry, and replaced Wallace & Clay with Stills & Jordan Cameron.

Amari Cooper is a better all-around WR. But Kevin White has the potential to be a monster catch radius receiver, like a young Larry Fitzgerald.

So I wouldn't be surprised if Tannenbaum is interested in both Amari Cooper and Kevin White, for different reasons.

I totally agree. Which seems to make Gurley more realistic of an option. Nobody has a damn clue and thats a good thing. I just want Cooper. Lol. Consider it my current man crush. Kids as smooth as it gets.

I don't want to give up 3 picks to get a WR in a draft full of good WRs, not to mention we need extra picks instead of giving them away

Ozzy rules!!

Just a thought here.

To get up to 4 overall. Gonna cost you more than two 2nds.

Gonna cost at least two 1sts sorry.

To get Cooper we would need to move to #4 most likely. The Raiders have that spot so who knows what it would take to move up? They are the Raiders. Throw something out there and they just might bite?

Not that I disagree but that's probably what everybody thought when we went to number 3. Do I think he's still worth it? Yes. Regardless of what the comp is.

I agree 100%. Kevin white is way more physically gifted. Much stronger and seems to play angry. When the ball is in the air "it's his." But to me he seems to lack the route running that tannehill seems to like. But I'm sure you're way better at determining stuff than I am lol. I just watch highligh videos. No sarcasm. :)

I could see Tannbaum trading up to get Cooper and would be happy to have him. Just hope he doesn't break the bank to do it.

I don't either but I do at the same time. Do I think the Falcons regret getting Julio jones? Not at all. But they were closer than we are. Plus they're defense is God awful now too. Which could be because they gave up a lot.
