1st off - Maybe it's just the heart in me, but I'm not counting out the Dolphins yet. Did anyone see the Giants and Falcons get upset today? Anything can happen in the NFL. We can win some games we're not supposed to, and the Patriots can lose some they should win... FAITH!

2nd - Our defense needs to play better, the whole unit. We need to pressure the QB more and stop the run better... Heath Evans should not sniff 100 yards.

3rd - Chris Chambers is still the best receiver on the team. He needs to stop dropping passes that he needs to catch. I counted 2, I don't know where people get 5 from. The one that was thrown behind him was not easy and neither was the last one in the endzone. Chambers also scored both out TD's... relax people.

4th - We need to run the a little bit more all though I liked the passing game today, and Brown needs most of the carries.

Come on guys, don't give up yet!

I think they need to stop giving Ricky the ball if he's not gaining anything.

Ricky had like 11 carries I think for 13 yards. You give Ronnie 5 of those carries once you realised Ricky isn't getting it done and Ronnie gets 19 carries for 90 yards and a few more first downs and easier, shorter 3rd down completions.

I'm pretty sure I recognize your handle and last week you were rooting for R&R Express. Now that Richard Seymour is back, we were unable to run effectively, Ricky sux...Did you see that great catch he had for 8 yds..He played his heart out today.

This won't be popular but I don't care so here goes. Saban needs to scrap the R&R connection, I think it's part of the inconsistancy of the play calling and the RBs are not getting the amount of carrys that they need to dominate the game. And because of that Linehan throws more.
If we keep Ronnie play more we'd see even better results out of him and more running and ball control and use Ricky like you would any 2nd string RB.

it is because it hurts the heart alot and The pain is severe so i rather have a good pick and not worry to get excited again if there is a chance cuz miami will somehow blow it

Well i definitely suggest not putting the younger guys in until the season is over for sure. We're 2 games out, 3 with the 0-3 East record. It can happen, but with each mounting loss, the "faith" goes away.

we need to get rid of RW through trade. does nothign but harm our team and RB.

Miami is not going to the playoffs. But if you want to keep the faith, best of luck to you. Personally, I plan to watch the games hoping to see Miami working on improving all areas of their team. Win or lose, no matter. I want to see Ronnie develop. I would like to see what else we have at QB right now too. On defense, I would like to see Miami continue to learn the 3/4 scheme, even if that means growing pains. All of this will help the team make good decisions in the offseason. If they do these things, it will help Miami make a playoff run next year.

I agree. We should be able to get a decent pick out of the draft for him.

Nothing but harm? I for one want Ricky to stay. What happens if Ronnie goes down at all next season and misses games? Wouldn't you like to have Ricky there to be able to carry the load? Or would you rather have the same horrible rushing attack we had in 2004? Plus, I would rather have Ronnie and Ricky split time and be fresh for our playoff run next season, then have a tired Ronnie at the end of the year.

1st- season is over. start sage or lemon. sorry, just how i feel right now.

2nd- the defense will not play better untill the secondary is upgraded. see you next year.

3rd- im seriously questioning if there is a good WR or TE on this team. they may all be grossly overrated. no-namers play just as well and make tougher catches with less experience.

4th- agree. put lemon in and let him grow using the play action and the protection of a good run game

You make a good point, and THANKS FOR ALL THE HIGHLIGHTS :D . But I don't think Ronnie is going down. He is only going up. I can't remember seeing a rookie RB like him in awhile. He is going to be great in Miami for years to come. Ricky has had his run with Miami. They may be able to get a good pick in the draft for him. And in that draft, they could pick up someone to fix a hole on defense. A hole that is costing Miami wins every week (i.e. Howard).

Good post. It would be very difficult, but we would have to win out the division and also lose no more than one non-divisional game. The pats will probably lose again before they meet us. It's very improbbable, but not impossible. I'm not giving up hope.
