nick1 said:the only thing he hasn't done is do what he has done for more years and he could do it for 2-4 more years and then there's no doubt that he's a HOFer
the only real probowl LB playing today is R. lewis.Losman7 said:lots of tackles don't get you into the HOF. Sorry, I know hes probably your number one favorite, and a player you grew up watching.

if you compare all the LBs to R. Lewis and L. Taylor, many dont stack up as well as we think they would.

you'll telling me that just because Seau had more sacks then Thomas that makes him better? Thomas is all over the field from sideline to sideline he is the first player to meet the RB usually he makes tons of stops in the backfield, I'm sorry but I think Thomas is HOF worthy and there's no changing my mind on thatPhilter25 said:Tackles are not everything. While I think ZT is a great LB, I dont hold him in the same regard as the other HOFers. I think Ray Lewis is the only HOF potential LB playing the game. Why? Because he is a playmaker. That Ravens defense a few years ago made it to the SB BECAUSE of their defense, and Ray Lewis was the core of that. This takes nothing away from ZT. ZT is a probowl MLB... I just dont know if he is HOF worthy. Junior in his prime was better than ZT in his prime.

Losman7 said:How can you say that? You wouldn't trade Zt for Spikes RIGHT NOW?
Spikes not only makes way more game changing plays, but has like twice as many years left on his career.

Losman7 said:What is your obsession with lots of tackles?
Its not hard to have lots of tackles when you're on defense all the time.
And Fletcher had more sacks than seaus 8 game total by game 6.
Making a tackle 5-10 yards dopwn the field isn't all that impressive.
Tell ya what, you can keep Zach and Jr. , aWe'll keep Fletch and Spikes, and see how it turns out.
