My Username and Avatar

Whats up with my username and avatar? When you put the cursor over my name none of the standard drop down menu appears and my avatar is not viewable, even though its loaded.

Just curious, whenever someone gets a chance to look at it i'd appreciate it:)

I keep asking Justin to find out what's wrong but he hasn't had a chance yet to get it done. Do me a favor and PM binpas and remind him to take care of it
