I don't think he gets out of the top 5 and even if he's there at 8 I doubt philly grabs him, pretty sure they want a QB.

They signed Bradford to a 2 year deal with an out after this year. In no way is them having Sam Bradford going to prevent them from taking the QB they want if he's there.

A lot people want Hargreaves but I think Vance Joseph like taller CBs which makes Eli Apple more in play at 13.

Yeah, that would seem like a target for Philly. Eagles may also be targeting Elliott after trading Murray.

I hate trading back before the draft, especially with quarterbacks being the wild card picks. You just never know what teams will trade up for a quarterback and who drops to #8. But, Miami may be targeting a player they feel confident will drop to #13.
