Name one player whoo impressed you tonight.

It was only one play that i noticed, but Martin made a HUGE block that sprung Morris for a big run. He flat out DESTROYED the guy. Like i said. it was only one play, but it was more than i saw out of our FB's in a while. Great block. Had to give him props for it!!

BUt Diamond was very impressive. Where'd this kid come from??

Gus and Crowder. Crowder showed he can handle the LB position very well in a starter role for tonight and was in on every hit just about. Gus commanded the offense period. I was not impressed with Feeley at all. He could not pick up the blitz and looked confused again, throwing the ball at the lineman again like last year.

umm thats what happens when you call a screen pass and the defense sniffs it out... what did you want him to do? hold onto it and take a 15 yard loss?

i thought what i saw out of feeley was good, when he had time he made good throws, i really only remember one bad one to chambers... but the rest seemed good...

it seemed our second team oline almost did better than the first when gus came in on his second drive... he had time in the pocket, had some really bad throws that recievers made some good catches on, hes gotta get his accuracy better... he did well though against the second string D...

our D was pathetic, no pass rush really irked me... especially our second unit with roth and bowens on the outside i expected them to dominate the bears second unit oline, guess not though... secondary seemed lost at times, i thik with time and with everyone healthy they'll be better... ohward is a scrub, i dont know why he was starting...

but overall i was glad to see the game and its dvr'd so i'll be watching it a few more times before next week, haha

Gus Frerotte impressed me. He looked like a veteran out there. The biggest thing that impressed me was when he broke a tackle for a sack.

I saw on several plays, that Roth's motor never stopped!

Unfortunatly it never stopped 4-6 feet awat from the QB. Only time he got close was on broken plays. In a normal pass rush situaton he was man handled just like in camp.

He did better against the first string d. That would be his drive for a td. Second string d was when diamond stubmled and fell instead of running and catching a td pass and we settled for a field goal.

All i know is bua looked horrible in the second half lost containment on a long rb run and he and the cb got beat deep in the 4th quarter

Frerotte...Rosenfels...Berlin!...DIAMOND..(the tight end)...Spragan was in on a bunch of tackles.

Although, Brock didn't impress me as much as guys like Diamond and Jamar Martin, he was the biggest shock to me. I expected him to be just aweful, deserving a cut on Tuesday morning.

Can someone please explaine to me how the Urlacher sack was Carey's fault? I'm not saying it wasn't, but it looked like Urlacher went in untouched, a step backwards wouldn't make a difference.

It wasn't carey fault. Carey took care of his part. It was a delayed blitz by Urlacher Feeley just took to long.

^actually carey got beat by his guy and he came around wide forcing feeley to have to move up in the pocket where the untouched urlacher pounded his shoes off, haha

if carey is not beat by that guy feeley probably gets the ball out before the urlacher hit...
