To improve this offense.

For me, it's to never throw to Julius Thomas again (I could end it there) unless he is seen making a devastating block that matters.

Season was over the moment Tannehill went down. I don't understand why people are getting riled up this year. The moment we lost Tannehill this team was bound for a max of 8 wins. Then the Hurricane came through and we lost our bye week and it's a miracle that this team has 4 wins.

It's a lost season and we all have to just accept it and take it for what it is. Just pray that Tannehill is healthy and ready to go next season. They might even have to take a qb in the first if we can get one of the big boys as insurance. This league is run by the quarterbacks and no other position really matters if you don't have a top flight qb.
 
Don't call anymore wr screens. In fact if I was the Phins I would become the 1st team to hire a screen pass coach. It seems like it's been over 20 years since we were able to execute screen passes effectively

And for this fact, I have been upset at Gase for paying $10 million for Cutler. That's rollover money you can use to keep Landry next season.
 
He needs to create a line right now that can max protect so we can throw the ball down the field. Two TE's, a FB, chipping. whatever it takes
 
Get more creative and stop making frikkin excuses especially the lame ass we keep shooting ourself in the foot after every loss. He also needs to tell Suh to wear earplugs so he doesn't jump offsides every frikkin game and to please watch the football and don't move until you see it move. He must lead the league in jumping offsides I swear it seems to happen every game ridiculous
 
Get through this season...Get Tannehill back next year and have things get back to normal.
 
Understand that this season is lost. Start the evaluation process now. Figure out who is worthy of keeping and who we get rid of. FORGET cronyism and past relationships. Let's move ahead and keep the core players with intelligence, work ethic and value.
