Ok, in response to another thread that is on here about the last time you were not proud to be a dolphins fan...I am creating this one. I really don't think I could ever say there was a moment I was not proud...even in the middle of the most difficult loss.

So, for me, I have 2 moments which stand out to me...possibly because of the fact that they both happened quite recently. First, 2004 game against the Patriots...to come away with that victory in the middle of our worst year ever was huge. That was an awesome moment.

The other was this past year in the game against Buffalo. That was an amazing comeback and it showed some real grit from our players and coaches. Not one of them gave up on that game. Another awesome moment.

So....what is your most proud moment as a Phin fan?

Mine was driving 8 hours in my Dolphinized orange decked out Dolphin Mustang to watch the man get inducted into the HOF with second being when I caught a pass and met i=him at a sports show in 99, then meeting and getting my pic with Don Shula in 2002. Honorable mentions being the fake spike game in 94 and Marino's last home win in 99 12-9 over the Chargers on my 32nd birthday, and when they retired his #13 in 2000, I was there.

Sweet, wish I could get to some games...but living in Canada doesn't make that easy. And yes, the fake spike was amazing.

Going to the Dan Marino HOF induction was about the coolest experience I've witness as a Phinz fan. There was literally a sea of aqua and orange, and being there in person was incredible. We truly overran Canton. I almost felt like Royalty to be honest with you...

PHINZ RULE!!!

I live in NY so getting to the stadium is tough, but I have two that always stand out....I was at the Meadowlands for the Marino "spike" play.....My friend is a season ticket holder for the Jets...his seats are 22 rows off the field were Marino throw the TD...THAT WAS AWSEOME!!!My second is Dan The Man dismantling the 85 Bears to preserve the undefeated season...

The fake spike play. I was so proud to be a fish fan because we had just done the coolest thing I have ever seen to win a game.

The Truth, Everyday ....But here are 3.
Going to Super Bowl VII, ( Upper deck in the End Zone with my Dad) (RIP)
Watching the Dolphins beat ( THE BEARS) on Monday Night. Stopping them from going unbeaten.
Getting my Dolphins tattoo on my leg.

I have a few...

I was at the Indy game when Dan threw the TD pass to Keith Byars to break Tarkenton's record...I would say that is my "proudest" moment.

Another proud, very cool, moment was seeing the Dolphins actually play a home game in Miami. Being in Ohio, I had always made roadies to Indy, Buffalo, Cleveland and Cincy to see them play...as a result, I was always "the enemy" in the home stadium. My wife and I flew down to Miami to see the '99 home opener against the Cardinals. I always wanted to see Dan play at home, and it was incredible being surrounded by fellow Dolphin fans...absolutely incredible...I felt really at home for a change.

Another very cool moment was just a few weeks ago when I had a picture taken with Ronnie at the Arnold Classic in Columbus. I posted the pic here in the forum.

On an unrelated note, one of my worst moments...being at the Browns game when Dan went down with the achilles. My stomach dropped to my feet when he crumbled to the ground...I'll never forget it. You wouldn't have believed it...thousands of Browns fans actually CHEERING when he went down. I got the last laugh though when Scott Mitchell came in and torched the Browns defense!!!!!

honestly i have 3

1.buffalo last year, i thought we had 0 chance to come back, and when we did everyone around me just went crazy, and there was 1 bills fan right in the middle of us.

2.marino h.o.f, it was a proud moment and i shed a few tears

3.the day the fins came to nashville to scrimmage the titans and i met sam and pat got both of there sigs and talked to them for a while, i got pats glove and plenty of pics.

It would have to be when I was still living in the Keys and became friends with Dan and Claire Marino. Even prouder yet when they left club seat tickets for me at the stadium and none of my friends believed me until I picked them up at Will Call.

The top 3 that give me a big Kool-Aid Smile --Ohhh Yeahhhh....:D
1-1972 undefeated season capped off with a super bowl win.:cooldude:
2-Being at Marino's HOF induction...there was more Dolphin fans there than at a home game....AWSOME!!!!!:D
3-Well most will think this was "classless" but believe me Live it was great..
Bryan Cox flipping off all of upstate NY..I was at the game and Bryan showed what most of us fin fans thought of Buffalo...well speaking for myself of course..I loved it.. :sidelol:
