nash 4 mvp

Look I'm not a Kobe fan, but he has to be MVP right now.

AI for MVP...top 10 in assists besides being 2nd in scoring.

Yes, let's give the MVP to a horrible defender who leads the league in turnovers!

Allen Iverson for MVP > every other player in the NBA. Iverson hass been the most all-around player, by far. He drops in 33.5 points a night with 7.4 assists, and he's shooting at 46% (also, down from like #1 in turnovers per game last year, to #9 this year).

Lakers are only 4 games behind the Suns. To me its Kobe vs AI right now with Nash not even in the discussion.

AI is closer then Kobe, but they are both on 7th seed teams as of today, Nash is on the 2nd seed in the West team. That has to say something as far as Most Valuable Player goes...Where would Phi or LAL be without those players? around the same places, but the Suns would be significantly lower in the standings.

Leading the league in turnovers hahahaha! Why dont you say a few of the other names in the top 12 in turnovers, AI, Kobe, Wade, Arenas, Francis, James, Parker, Pierce and others......When you are the person whose hands the ball goes through virtually every play, thats gonna happen. Hes also averaging 11.5 assists per gameso thats 3-1 asst to TO ratio. Hes 12th there and most of the people ahead of him are bench players or on horrible teams. Not to mention the style the Suns play is uptempo so there will be more TOs.
P.S. AI is 32nd in Assist to TO ratio

I think Kobe is putting up too good of numbers to not win MVP right now. If the Lakers don't make the playoffs, I think it probably should go to Nash or Iverson.

Tony Parker probably won't even get any votes for MVP, but the improvement he has shown over the last couple years is amazing. If he ever got a consistent jump shot, I think he could be the best point guard in the league. Regardless, he definately deserves to be an all-star this year.

Heres my mvp ballot and guess what nash isnt on it this year

(In Order)
Chauncy Billups PG Detroit
Kobe Bryant SG Lakers
Lebron James SF Cavaliers
Elton Brand PF Clippers
Kevin Garnett PF Timberwolves

All of those guys have carries there teams not to say that nash hasnt which he certainly has just i dont think the leagues gonna go in his favor again. One of these 5 guys will win it and im guess its gonna be one of the first 3.

Rookie of the Year so far is Chris Paul hands down PG from the hornets. The guys an animal every night and hes a solid three from being an all star player right now. Heres the stats on the guy in only his rookie year

16.4 ppg
5.8 rpg
7.4 apg
