Nathan Jones, who has an interception in each of the first two days of camp, is mixing in with the first team defense, along with Will Allen and Andre Goodman. Channing Crowder and Akin Ayodele continue to start on the inside, and that probably won’t change during camp barring catastrophe.

Looks like he has been having a really good camp

He's going to be a good nickel corner, maybe even starter if Andre Goodman and Michael Lehan don't perform.

this is what we need, young guys stepping up and making a name for themselves

I think he will be a solid contributor for us and the fact that he already knows the system is another plus.

it sounds like our secondary may not be as bad as some of us had thought , wich would be fantastic if our defense busted it up and kicked butt this year.

He was Dallas' dime back (I believe), so no reason to think he cant be our nickel back (or dime at the worst).

Iam not moving nate jones up on the depth chart until i see him play with my own eyes.

Not that i'm one to rain down on optimism but Nate Jones is a horrible cover corner. Dallas had a way better secondary than we have and between him and Jacque Reeves they were the "TOAST" of the town. They got burned alive on more than one occasion. He is a good blitzing corner though, the guy who knocked Brett Favre from the Dallas/GB game last season.

Travis Daniels has to be concerned. Parcells doesn't have the same sentiment toward him as Saban and Cameron did.

I agree, but he did hook it up his rookie season. Maybe he just needs the right coach to bring it back out in him.

I think he'll make the team just because of his ability to contribute on ST's.
