i think this guy deserves a raise. now im not saying this guy is an all pro by any means of imagination,dont get me wrong, but he seems like the only guy on our team week in and week out who will always make 1 or 2 real nice plays each game on the defensive side.

he seems to play hard on every play[ sad that someone should get appluaded for that but in todays sports, lots of ppl dont play hard every singe play and then again it is there job to do so] and makes impact plays.

hes also the one guy on our team that i dont recall anyone ripping on this season. i honestly love the guy. what are your guys thoughts?
 
His coverage skills leave something to be desired, at times

But he makes his share of breakups and tackles on special teams. He's worth re-signing.
 
he has certainy come around in the past few weeks.. He was horrible towards the beginning to midseason, but as of the past couple games, he has really taken it up a notch..
 
That was a great hit he made.

And you guys remember when he ripped the ball out of Colston's hands for an int? He's a fighter.

thats wat im saying. the guy isnt the biggest db ever, but he seems to make some very nice plays that ppl notice and remember for us. hes a scappy guy, and i feel like he give its his all on every single play hes in for. that shouldnt be something to praise for playing hard, but so many athletes dont these days.
 
And he's from Rutgers!!
 
Nate is one of my favorite players on the team. He was a low draft pick with limited natural skills but he has a terrific attitude. Hopefully some of his desire rubs off on more of the others.
 
Jones has been a pleasant surprise. He was brought in as a developmental project and is developing quite nicely. He still needs some improvement in coverage skills but with the improvement he has already made, I see no reason to think he won't continue to grow.
 
He is playing the nickel spot very good this year.
Jones and Starks are at least earning their checks.
 
I like him....seems to be our best blitzer at times
