Navigation at the bottom is missing

This nifty little thing is no longer present at the bottom of thread pages after the upgrade. This make The Mor have to scroll all the way back up the thread to navigate out. The Mor's lazy, don't make me work.

i noticed at the beginning of the upgrade that was down there, that was sweet!...now its gone :boohoo:
