NBA Draft Lottery Picks are in

After all the hype, the ping-pong balls a-bubblin', the permutations calculated, the winner of the 2005 NBA draft lottery, televised on ESPN Tuesday, is the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Atlanta Hawks, got the No. 2 selection, while the Portland Trail Blazers will pick third.

The rest of the draft order (4-14) for the lottery teams are: New Orleans Hornets, Charlotte Bobcats, Utah Jazz, Toronto Raptors, New York Knicks, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Clippers, Charlotte Bobcats, Minnesota Timberwolves.

Who do you think the Bucks will take?

I think you have to take Bogut. I dont get all this love for Chris Paul. But if TJ Ford really is done then I guess you would consider him. But the one constant always is....dominant big men win championships.

BTW I'll bet anyone if Paul is there at 3 the blazers will take him. Cant wait to see that backcourt of Telfair, Staudemire, and Paul. The Minimes of the NBA.

Bad draft to have the number 1 pick. No clear cut # 1 so the Bucks will have a tough time determining who the best player is in this draft!

Bucks win NBA DRAFT Lottery

Finally my Bucks did something, win a lottery. I am very happy we got the #1 pick, this should allow us to pick up an impact player and should keep Redd happy that he will get another good player to play with.. Go Bucks

Doesn't seem that bad to me. They can't go wrong with Paul, Williams or Bogut.

I think they will, we have enough guys down low and a 1 (Ford) and 2 (Redd).. I would love to see your boy Marvin come to us, he looks to have the most potential out of everyone.. He played well against Uconn last year when they played.. The Bucks may finally get some respect now. Most people don't even know they are a team..

Just curious....what is Ford's status?

Which guy are you all most interested in? I think that you all will take Bogut because of what he can do(by making players play better around him).

Yep the Bucks will take Bogut of Utah...I saw him play a few times against Air Force...he won't make the Bucks fans forget Lew Alcindor aka Kareem Abdul Jabbar, but he is a safe pick.

They have NO BIGMEN AT ALL...

It's a safe pick to take Bogut. At worst he'll be a top 10 C and that helps alot. Sure they could get huge potential from Marvin Williams, but Bogut will help plenty in the future too.

Now the Lakers are gonna have an interesting off-season... especially if the Bender deal goes down...

That's not true really. Marvin Williams is in that class of players but he won't go #1.

Keep dreaming.....Bender may look like O'neal but there is a reason he has sat on the bench his entire life. Hes a small forward without the shot.
