Need a little help.

I am trying to find 4 tickets for the Christmas day game against the Packers, was wondering if anybody could tell me the best place to actually get the tickets. Seems to me even though it says we are sold out that there are always a ton of seats available. Didn’t know if there was somewhere local to get them or only off of the big ticket websites.

also do I need a parking pass? I see some are for sale but they are different colors and I have no idea what I would need.
