Need Help ***I'm HEADING TO BUFFALO TO SUPPORT FINS*******

Had two tickets to this Sundays game but had to give them away...wife's family visiting from out of state for the holidays. Wife said i could go but I just scored major points!! lol

To be honest I probably would have gone to the game this weekend if it wasn't for past horrible experience with Bills fans in Orchard Park, all depends on where your seats are I guess but i couldn't enjoy the game being hit with pennies, peanuts and ice most of the game...all i was doing was supporting my Fins, decked out in Dolphins gear minding my own...even bought a drink for the few Bills fans sitting next to me as the game started in good faith. (they were actually decent people)...but the majority of them were drunk a$$ holes and I choose not to have to sit through it again.

Best of luck, I'll be wishing i was there come kick-off though.

Any help on dolphin tailgating - options hotels etc..... for the game ? Leaving NYC on sat night to watch us win a big game in Buffalo!!!!!

Im going to start looking on stub hub unless there is a better option?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Best of luck. Make sure to bring a switchblade or some mace cause those Bills fans absolutely HATE us

It is true, I went last year and was amazed at the hate toward Phins fans. Was there with my son and wife and it was mostly the younger and incredibly drunken Bills fans that were throwing elbows towards us and throwing stuff. Mind you they were not all like this - had several good discussions with older, knowledgeable Bills fans and asked all of them if they can rank hatred towards other AFC East teams in order - Phins, Jets, Pats. To a one they said Phins by a LONG distance to the others. It stems back to the 1970s they said. I've seen games in Meadowlands/Met Life, Pittsburgh and Foxboro - NOTHING compares to the hate in Buffalo. My brother in law who is a Jets fan living in Niagara came to the game with us last year, he sent this article the next day: http://www.buffalonews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?aid=/20121116/cityandregion/121119402/1174 Found dead in an orange knit Dolphins hat - I was wearing one of those! Not blaming any Bills fans on what happened to this guy, but lets just say not a place to enjoy a game if you are a Dolphins fan. Lot's of nasty drunks.

Thank you all

WHAT ABOUT FIN TAILGATE??

I will be there. Just bought my ticket on stub hub but I got a decent one in the corner endzone for 60.00. My best friend comes in from L.A. every year and goes with his brother who is season ticket holder. Apparently they have friends who sit near them who do the RV party thing. I am hoping to do the same. I will know more 2morrow/next day.

just dont be an azz. talk to people like people, bravado gets you a snowballs.

I am wearing my jersey under my jacket and I have a Sabres winter hat. incognito until I find it safe to come out of the closet.

The only advice I can give you..... And I know this because I was born and raised in the area...... DRESS WARM!!

A lot of the people that go are the young drunks. I agree. Most of them go to the game to drink not to actually enjoy the game. A lot of people I used to hang with that are doing nothing with their lives are those people. It is bad when I as a fins fan can school these "bills" fans about their own history. I have been in a few fights there not because I am looking to fight but when you get bottles thrown at you, people try to attack your girlfriend, you do something. Sad, disgusting, pathetic....it doesn't describe Bills fans well enough. I have yet to miss a game the past fourteen years but sometimes it is not worth it. I could keep ranting but I will end it there.

I hate going to bills games past middle of nov they are all just wet cold crappy experiences. Also does not help that whenever i go the stupid bills win

Last year was crazier than normal because it was the first prime time home game for them in like 6 years....ill be sitting in the rock pile proudly rocking the aqua and orange

... and then you turn in Martin?

Don't use StubHub,...buy them off the street before the game. The game isn't close to being sold out. Hell buy them from the Bills box office. Will get great seats at a cheap price. StubHub has too many fees. They are good for some things but not for a game that has over 10,000 tickets still for sale

Exactly. Print a map of the stadium then get tickets off of scalpers. 100% the way to do it especially for this game with 1000's of unsold tickets. Park on someone's lawn too, they are use to it and its cheap. Tailgating just go to the parking lot... Dolphins/Bills is a good rivalry and its all good. I've been going to Bills/Dolphins since 1992. If the girl tries to beat you with a stuffed Dolphin just take it and laugh.

Section 107 row 10 on Miami side it's kind of like corner end zone... 60 bucks per ticket lol my cousin and I are making the 8 hour trip from CT
