We are finding out signing prices for each for 2 reasons !!

1st so we don't over spend on our #1.

2nd If we know thier signing prices we can tell them to some team or teams that might want to trade up. So up front the'll know the price and the trade value of the #1 slot if its worth it to them to trade up.

We are not any closer to knowing who were going to pick. Just that it's not Matt Ryan.

I like for us to get Chris Long as you all know and then a OT in the 2nd and Leave Carey at LT where he did very well last year.

Still either way Gholston or Either Long i'll be happy with whomever BP SELECTS !!!! He turned around the Giants New England NY Jets and Dallas to be in a super bowl or very close.

Fins 1st

Nothing against the Man but Beck needs weapons around him. We'll see after training camp, camp and preseason how much he's improved and what weapons he has around him.

Jake Long to me is still the best pick we can make. For every Gallery, there is a Pace, and Jake Long was very very dominant in a pro style offense. This is why I believe the Fins may take Henne too. Michigan's offense before Rich Rod (while boring and somewhat vanilla) was perfect for putting guys in the NFL.

None of these picks are worth #1 money, and the reason why they are having contract talks with player is so they can try and drive down the asking price of each of them.

BTW...wasnt Sparano the Cowboys offensive line coach. Dont you think they would be able to tell to an extent what type of talent Jake Long would be? I think he and Parcells are smart/experienced enough to know if our top pick is going to be a LT or a RT.

LOL Well yes sprano is an O-line coach but BP is shopping and BP has taken a guy everybody said couldn't play LT in the league before but BP drafted him and made him play LT well BP was right he could and they won a superbowl with him. BP is smart enought to know that we can get a very good OT with our 2nd pick. Very Deep OT class this year !!!!

Some of you are really stuck on his jock.

Here's a crazy idea. Let's draft 2 Tackles. Long and then another one soon after. Then let's run the ball a lot and let Beck develop in a play action offense.

I believe that will be the offensive game plan for Miami. Get a great Oline first and foremost, and use the running game to set up Beck for the easy throws,

Yeah, he was, and yes they do. I dont care which Long we take. Although I agree too that they ARE NOT worth what we will pay either of them.

Thats fine and dandy considering we are even, or ahead in games, but what happens when we have no DT's and our running D is just as bad this year as last and teams chew up clock running on us, then we have to play catch up.. Bye bye runnning game, hello Beck "come back from behind pressure" again. 2007 all over again.

We need equal talent on both sides of the ball
