... or the mistakes we made and that they made. WE PHYSICALLY beat the Panthers - a very physical football team. The game should not have been as close as it was.

I was impressed with the OLs pass protection. Last year we would have given up 4+ sacks and a ton of pressure to the panthers defense. This OL has come a long way.

I agree. They came to Florida to punch us in the face and left with the bloody lips themselves. Our team is getting more and more physical and the longer they play in Saban's system the better and tougher they will get. If we could just reduce those obnoxious penalties we could be scary.

Absolutely. Those mistakes are why we aren't 3-0. If we correct those type of mistakes, we can beat anyone.

Right on target man. I think we can play with anybody, as long as we make it as painful as possible on them!

Not only the mistakes, but also the fumble recoveries. We've forced about 6 fumbles so far and have only recovered 1. If we had half those mistakes erased, and half those fumbles recovered, we'd be a scary looking 3-0. But HELL, we're a scary looking 2-1 right now with all that, and getting better by game. Also without one of our main weapons in RW. This is shaping out to be pretty promising IMO.

Yes, very promising. Can't help but get excited about the potential on this team.

I agree that this game shouldn't have been as close as it was. You have the penalties, you have the pick in the end zone when we were in at least FG range, Chambers dropped bomb. We could have easily had 10 more points and penalties alone allowed their drives to continue for at least one TD.. then you're looking at a 37-17 score.... There is such a fine line and only 2-3 plays that seperate a 27-24 win with a game winning FG and a 37-17 win... We have a good team, good players, and good scheme's. It's the mistakes that are keeping us from being a nice story rather than the team to watch.. Use this bye to rest, watch film, correct mistakes and sharpen up and continue to learn these systems and We can beat anyone IMO. I know nobody wants to make that bold step. but if you watch the games and watch what's holding us back, it's our own problems and mistakes, and NOT that the other teams are better or have better players..

Great win. We did come real close to losing but we finally got a break. It's amazing to think that we lost to the Jets with how terrible they look. Pennington looks like he has a totally dead arm. If we can click on all cylinders watch out.

Yes....we Are Very Physical....and The Longer The Season Goes The More We Will Gel

We're getting some freakishly unlucky bounces when we cause fumbles....they almost always seem to bounce right back into the arms of whoever fumbled!!
