Absolutely nothing wrong with reporting when something is broken. Several writers and analysts are doing that as well and if you can't read or listen and not distinguish the difference in how he is phrasing it in comparison to those reporting it with professionalism, I don't know what to tell you.

You have followed the Fins nearly as long as I have so you should know how inadequate Armando is in his job.

I agree he lacks in areas but in this case he has hit the nail on the head.

Ya know its all entertaining reading but the results speaks all. Opinions are great but what someone has done or will do is what is really going to be evaluated in the the end so I am waiting and hoping we make some smart moves. Ross is still new enough to the scene and has been sucessful in other businesses to make me hopeful, from what I have heard about Aponte in Cleveland and her controling Philbin "if true" makes me concerned and Philbin while still new to the head coaching game makes me hopeful loosing to both the Jets and the Bills the way we did those last 2 games makes me concerned too.

I did listen to it as well. He is indeed absolutely clueless and speculates.

I almost turned off in the beginning when Amando said that the Dolphins have a structure in place to make Aponte a GM. And those two knuckleheads responded with "oh really".

I got news: any organization has that structure in place. It is called - the owner. Any company owner can create new positions and titles, delete positions and titles, move employees lateral, promote, demote, hire and fire.

But these obvious facts are being packaged so the anti-Aponte/pro-Irleland/anti-Philbin crowd can have that "Aha" moment. "Ahhhh did you hear what Amando found out? Ross already has the structure in place. I knew it. I knew it"


Amando does appeal only to the most uninformed fans who are not willing or capable to use actual facts to form an opinion. That is his only supportive audience. The majority is making fun of him.

I happen to believe that others have confirmed what he is saying, now if Just Armando was saying this stuff then we have something but it is being reported
by multiple sources ESPN etc. I say take the blinders off. Where there is smoke there is fire Sir.

Hey I am not for Armando or Omar or anyone I just want the Fins to be successful. And since 1974 they have sucked balls.
So I think that people pointing out that stuff is broke is not bad it's what keeps politicians on the level. That is the role of the
media. And it can be applied to sports as well.

Reporting is good. But stay with the facts, don't pursue an agenda and make crap up.

lol why is it a big deal that Philbin would supply names he would prefer as his OC? I'd be concerned if he didn't have a short list.

However this Aponte woman scares the crap out of me. Her and Philbin in my eyes are just as unbalanced as Ireland is portrayed to be with all the info we have all read about over the last few days. It's amazing how grown ppl can act like children when they should be living a dream. I'll throw Ross into that mix as well. I'm very concerned after hearing about all the dysfunction and not think that is how Ross wants it. I'm very concerned how our owner is viewed around the NFL after the Harbaugh situation and now this mess that took place under Ross's nose. Then again the NFL is populated by a lot of bad and weird owners.

Highly likely that Armando comes to Finheaven to keep well informed. Maybe he blogs, maybe he doesn't. Any guesses re his online screen tag? Maybe the sleuths who correctly identified Richie Incognito Sr, start sniffing for fresh Mando droppings. The clues are:
(1) It should be fairly well written - he is a professional reporter. I presume that he can spell and write
(2) It should be inaccurate - Mando is seldom correct when it comes to the facts
(3) It will probably contain positive references to Jeff Iceland/Ireland

If anything, keeping us respectable in the midst of yet more national embarrassment ( ricky williams, nick saban, 1-15) was either either one of two things; a miracle or leadership personified. And i believe the God of ur (neone whos reading) choice has bigger fish to fry ( hes merely slow roasting our mammal lol).

Philbin hired a mentor and a friend and its my opinion that this was his major affliction. As i dont know what went down behind closed doors i can only speculate that he failed to put his lifelong friend on check and in the long run, as if a Shakespearean tragedy, it was love that killed the relationship. Sherman suffocated this offense and the only crime i believe Philbin should be charged with is harboring a criminal.
