Dude, honestly, how is it a secret when Lazer openly interviewed and everyone knows who we are interviewing. Dolphins are publishing that info. The lies are just too much.
 
I dont doubt that Armando never spoke with Ireland. I know many people say its true, but I never thought Ireland was his direct source. Its definitely an Ireland confidant though.

The Dolphins never issued a press release, it has been leaks that have given us a list of what is going on. So that is why it is considered secret.

One or the other. I've gone back and forth on whether I think it's Ireland himself or someone very close to him.

Regardless, it's valuable info. Once a writer has column privileges some of them fall in love with their own opinion and seldom if ever seek sources at all. I always have to laugh when Armando is assailed here, considering the level I see with reporters covering other pro and college teams. You're lucky to get anything beyond the total team effort public relations manure.

This franchise has been so secretive in recent years, with ignoramus belief that it helps them. Anybody who seeks to penetrate and disrupt is okay by me. When an organization has the mindset of the Dolphins recently, the more snakes the better.

If we had one of the powerful lead sports columnists in South Florida, he would be ripping the Dolphins constantly and knocking sense into the local fan base. Instead, we've got a bunch of young mush columnists, or someone who no longer wants to make waves in Dave Hyde. It doesn't help when so many of the influential members of the local sports media have Dolphin roots, like Rose and Bokamper.

Well, people that keep talking about evrything that mando posts keeps him in business. Nobody believes anything he writes but yet everyone keeps him in the news. He's a jerk that keeps getting what he wants from you guys.I don't even need to read the herald as I can read it here.

The problem here is that Ross made a huge display of issuing a public list for the GM search,
which teams generally don't do so he
opens himself up to criticism from hacks who get paid to criticize.

I'm STILL constantly amazed at how many people and other media sources just believe anything that m0r0n writes

Laser is applying for GM not OC! The OC position is not being press released the GM candidates are, the OC positions are being leaked to the media.

I don't think that's right. Lazor for OC, Gamble for GB, both from Philly.
 
I honestly think with this smear campaign that's being done by someone, most likely Ireland or a close confidant, that a story challenging and showing the other side of these claims is in the works. I also think they wouldn't have any problems finding people who would reveal their Ireland stories to them. Deadspin, where are you at?
