Everyone is wanting the heads of our coaches right now. And rightfully so... but my question is, who do we bring in to replace them?

IMO... Mike shanahan would be a good HC for us. I don't know about OC or DC though... Thoughts?
 
Sparano is not going anywhere and Shanahan will not take a OC position.
 
Shanahan would get them years of mediocrity. Bring in a few more players, keep Sparano, let somebody else call plays, maybe a few changes on Sparano's staff.
 
i honestly dont get the hate for Sparano....

we are without our starting QB, starting RB, #1 Corner, starting DT, and have a shuffled OLine. its tough to win games consistently with all those pieces missing. last year we stayed healthy for the most part and look what he did

offensive coordinator is a whole other story, but Sparano shouldnt be, and wont be, going anywhere

The hate comes from all the bone head decisions he has made. You can't say he hasn't made them cuz he admits it almost every time. But slack should be cut cuz we did lose alot of our team...

WHAAAAAAAAAAT? Shanahan has a .598 all time winning percentage, .615 in the post season and is 2 for 2 in the Superbowl.

Nothing about Shanahan is mediocrity.
 
We should want the best for this team, that includes players and coaches.

Yea, Its not like he only won the Super Bowl with Terrell Davis and John Elway are anything like that. Why was he fired again? Oh yea, because his teams were MEDIOCRE after Elway left and his defenses were freaken terrible. OMG people. Get a clue

Who knows how much control he has over the play calling anyways? Henning is Parcells long time friend and for all we know sparano could be fed up with the wildcat, pat white, or w/e...we will only ever know what they show us

tony takes all the blame and responsibility as he should, he will never single out any player or coach other than himself. changing coaches would be a terrible idea.

So I have to assume that Bill Bilichick (sp?) was an amazing coach his first two years right? Why do I ask? Because you guys all want to throw the towel on every coach. Here is an idea, why dont we hire and fire coaches every two years. We can become the Oakland Raiders. Everyone will want to come and coach or play for us.
