Well this isn't really a newcomer since he was on the team last year but he didn't do much. So I am gonna say Jamar Fletcher. He was a first round pick, and this year he will get to play a lot. I am looking forward to seeing signs that we didn't waste this pick. Let's hope we didn't. GO PHINS!
