Not a big deal nor an indicator of his coaching abilities. He's better with the players than with the media.

The new OC doesn't have a lot of ambition to be anything other than OC. He doesn't want to call plays and is just there to make the HC's life easier he says. A team first guy it seems with little ego.

The exact opposite of the last guy we had.

He was a coach on some great Indy teams when their offense was humming so maybe he'll get ours going again.
Of course he's always had a super star QB at the helm. Hopefully he'll get Ryan to the next level.
He knows what it looks like.

The OC is a glorified QB coach, which is fine. But whats the problem with Joseph? I think he always comes across impressively in interviews like this
