Supporting a team with Aqua and Orange colors is curious nowadays, but it was downright INSANITY back in the 80s/early 90s. I remember having a pair of bright neon orange and aqua Dolphins Zubaz and wearing them to my local New Jersey mall, and people looked at me like they just let a guy into a public location foaming at the mouth with a straight jacket on. Couple that with the fact that they were super thin material that kinda hugged your package (which I didn't really notice until I got to the mall) and it was one of those adolescent lessons where I said to myself, "Gotcha, so I WON'T be picking up girls while wearing these I guess."

Don't get me wrong, I was studly as **** in them...I was just too young to realize it. :dolphins:

My girlfriend actually got me a pair two Christmas' ago. I think I have worn them a few times as sleep pants but couldn't wear them as freely as they used to be. Being from Buffalo area though....they are seen everywhere... not the best fashion taste up here though.

So the whole Vanilla Ice thing didn't work for you then?

Imagine an "awkward stage" kid in the middle of Jets country with Dolphins Zubaz and this jacket...

...and you will see that I had a better chance of being hung upside down over a balcony for the rights to "Ice Ice Baby" like Suge Knight did to Vanilla Ice than I did of scoring with a female.

I know that pain...not as bad but I too owned starter brand dolphins attire. Thankful I didn't have any dolphins zubaz at the time. I might have been shanked by some younger Bills fans. I had one of those wonderful starter jackets with the giant pouches in the middle...so stylish lol

Speaking of ugly draft hats.... I have to burn/sacrifice the one I bought at Radio City in 2013 (Dion Jordan draft). I thought I was supporting the new team logo and colors, but the hat has clearly been jinxed.

im a young gun fan of the flat bills and i was hoping for something a little more fresh

I know but it still looks funny when they aren't designed that way. Plus they fit funny when you bend them yourself.

Are we really going to have this conversation again? Every hat I've ever purchased as an adult has been flat-billed. I curve every single one of them and they don't look funny.
