We improved, ESPN took a big step back. :D
I will be heading out again on Friday, and won't be back until Sunday. Basically any home Penn State game I will be following the same format.CrunchTime said:Well its obvious there were no takers for his sevices so he did the next best thing which is to advertise his services so he can keep his name in the limelight. If he has one ability its his ability to sell himself.

You know. I have always had my eye on a certain QB out there. He has not played much, but he has the talent and ability to be the next.. oh I dont know.. Dan Marino. With Trent Green's career coming to an end shortly, I think I have the perfect solution for the Chiefs. It may sound crazy, but I am a risk taker. Seeing as how draft picks have little value, I would trade a 1st round pick to the Philadelphia Eagles for Koy Detmer. Now hear me out. This guy has all the tools. When McNabb went down, he won big games for them. He is a gamer who could do wonders behind that Chiefs O-line. Oh, speaking of the O-line, it is getting rather old. So my solution would be cutting them all, and replacing them with some young studs... And when those young studs decide they would rather play in CHICAGO and DETROIT before my team, I would go after some cheap alternatives that could still get the job done, thanks to the teaching of our esteemed O-line coach, Tony Wise. Its not the marquee talent that makes a line, its fine coaching and the ability to gel. In case Priest Holmes gets hurt, something we cannot afford, I would deal either my 3rd round pick to the Rams for Aveion Cason. He has the potential to be a homerun threat out of the backfield. And the final piece of the puzzle would be getting rid of that old cry baby Vermeil. I have the perfect idea for a replacement. He is a true winner in this league. He handles adversity very well. And, to top it off, his hair is silky smooth thanks to Pantene Pro-V. You know him, I know him... his name is DAVE WANNSTEDT. By handing him the reigns, I have no doubt in my mind that our punter, Dustin Colquitt, will be a probowler by midseason, because, like someone once told me, it is NOT a sin to punt. I am confident Dave will turn this defense around, by utilizing a scheme with zero blitzing and zero QB pressure. In today's NFL, that is the key. So yes, I wil turn around the KC Chiefs. The people of KC will love me... I can only hope and pray that Priest Holmes doesnt turn his back on us right before training camp... that could force me to make some bad decisions and ruin all the good work I had done during the offseason!
