If Philbin is pushed out the door - and to be honest if we lose against NE Pats this weekend up in Foxboro (and we will if we are honest) then kiss this season goodbye.. Who should our new HC be... many are saying hire Harbaugh but I say NO!!! HIRE TODD BOWLES!!!! Discuss....
 
I like Todd Bowles a lot. I would have zero issue. Smart man and a great person.
 
I think Ozzy should be our HC and every time we kick off he can do Crazy Train
 
I want someone that has been a HC before and technically Bowles has.

The best this team has played since the playoff season of 2008 was during Bowles short stint as HC. How frustrating is it that maybe the best candidate to replace Sparano was already strolling the sideline?
 
That's just it. So far there isn't a huge list of good viable candidates. As much as many of want Philbin gone, I want to make we have someone who is definitely better and will not take 3 years on the job learning.
 
Gus, some team will eventually back a Brinks truck up to his house... might as well be us.
 
I'm gonna throw out a name that nobody has mention. A two time Super Bowl Champion who coveted Tannehill on Draft day but got out voted.

Mike Shannahan.

That is my ideal candidate. Always has a good line and can turn any running back into gold.

Chicago will likely pursue him as well but I think the lure of Miami and a young promising team could get it done.

**** no. I rather have John Gruden as head coach. But that won't happen.
