New Identity?

I have been so frustrated with the lack of identity from our team.... I want, like many of us, to see a polished, well oiled machine when we play... we haven't seen that from the Dolphins (even referred to as the LOLphins in a minute)

Gotta love this direction/message being sent to the players. I believe that we will have a game plan on both sides of the ball, especially offense!

With each new coach comes the search and hope for a found identity. One day I hope our identity is a continuous double digit win team instead of subliminal messages, slogans or adjectives.
