New Management - How are they doing?

I can understand getting rid of Marshall since we drafted and signed numerous players to try to fill the void hoping to strike gold, but the loss of Bell will be equally tough because we didn't get anything for him, or address the safety position in the off season by drafting or acquiring a quality player..we are just banking on the guys we have. IMHO..none of them are as good as Bell.
I like Philbin and Shermin. My only concern about Philbin is can he show some emotion at times when the team needs to be kicked in the ass. I am sure he is tough minded, but can he show some button pushing skills. His demeanor is much preferred to the bonehead Sparano, but he needs to get more vocal.
Ireland..Regarding the draft, I would have taken a WR instead of Egnew where we took him. He looks very raw and probably will not help us much this year.

Bell was one of my favorites too but he his best days were a few years ago. I think that they made a smart decision by moving on and giving Reshad Jones an opportunity. What will will miss is Yeremiah's experience.

Incomplete way to early to judge. Free agency was mediocre at best and draft was good but definately ignored WR
