1) Mackensie Alexander CB Clemson
fills most pressing need. long arms and competitive. This position right now is most undermanned and barren unit unless they sign Patrick Robinson

2) Kentrell Brothers LB Missouri
Playmaking machine, great instincts, probably better in middle but could play outside. Brings LB talent and depth up to an acceptable level for first time in years.

3) Austin Hooper TE Stanford-
Not in love with Cameron or Sims. big upgrade in overall talent at this position and another red zone weapon for Tanny. get your back and OG later

2 is way too high for Brothers IMO.

Dunno much about Hooper.

2 is where the mocks I've seen have Brothers going. was one of the best LB and defenders in the SEC

Yeah mocks are kiind of all over the place this year.

I don't think his measurables get him in the 2nd rnd but we'll see.

I hope you're right because to me he's as good as Ragland and could start for many years.

I like Mackensie a good bit, I've seen some mocks put him in early 2nd. Can he be an outside corner is the thing? I know he's kind of small. I like what I've seen on youtube, lol

Why on earth would you draft a physically limited MLB after spending draft capital to trade for an MLB in Alonzo.

I like the idea of a tight end. There are some under the radar players at the tight end position. Nick Varnett, from Ohio State, is a player I like as a third round target.

I think MacKenzie Alexander is a better player (currently) than Eli Apple, although Apple is 6-1 and Alexander is 5-10. I think Apple is also more physical against the run and has more upside.

I'd go with a more athletic linebacker like Deon Jones in R2 over Kentrell Brothers.

Ahh yes, the defense mechanism of asking somebody, on a football forum, if they watch football. That's not alienating whatsoever!

I don't know much about him other than reports online and reading what others here think, but it seems the consensus is he's a bad athlete but has good instincts. I mean the dude ran a 4.9 and 7 second 3 cone...

Kentrell Brothers should not be a consideration in anything before the 3rd round and even then I wouldn't touch a guy that is so post read and slow as ****...Hell, he makes Scooby Snacks look like a competent athlete. I would rather look at Matakevich in the 3rd.

Mac Alexander...nah, there are about 4 guys (Apple, Lee, Conklin, Lawson) I would take before him and even at that point I would consider one of the pluggers from Alabama as a value pick.

3rd round I have no issue with, good player and nice value in the 3rd.

One thing I see people avoiding is looking at Free Safety which could have just as big of an impact as a CB...Mills out of LSU could be there in the early second...would love to grab him.
