my wife laughed at me for yelling at the TV durring an eating contest. Yeah, I was taunting Kobayashi. Dude puked at teh end, then started eating his puke.... nasty
 
Fun to watch. Poor Joey always looks like he's going to barf at any second when he's downing those dogs.:lol:
 
It was exciting to watch, but the announcers are a little out of hand. They were saying things like, Kobayashi is one of the greatest athletes in the world. They put up a graphic of great acheivements that included Chamberlains 100 point game, Dimaggios hitting streak, and Chestnuts Hot dog eating record. Then when Chestnut won they said that this will be a day that is remember in the future because of the amazing accomplishment of Chestnut. Are these guys crazy?

The event is kind of considered a joke, the announcers just play along with it by saying things like that.
 
dude man something not right about taking in that many weiners..... you know. like kinda ..... well you know what i mean.
 
wow kobyashia still got 63 while injured. pretty impressive.
 
I am glad Joey won....no Japanese guy should be able to eat more than an American when it comes to hotdogs on the 4th. :)
