New...need help with avatar

Hi all,
Been a Dolphins fan since 1970 and been lurking here for months.
Decided to finally register. But know I need help,I have a great picture
of my 2 year old daughter on my desk top all decked out in Dolphins gear,
but when I try to put it into my avatar,it tells me that the image is too big.
Need help from any one who knows more about Pc's than me(should be most
every one on this site)...Thank you

You need to resize the picture using a program like "paint" or "photoshop". Avatars must be a certain size...I think it's 150x150 kbs. I would help you further but I have to take my Sister somewhere and she's waiting...I'll check back when I return.
