Stephen Ross needs to go out and try to get Metallica to become part-owners of this team. If they think Fergie on the P.A., "I Need to Know" from Mark Anthony, and "Get on your Feet" from Gloria Estefan are going to inspire anyone in that stadium, they are delusional. Add all of that to the horrible Jimmy Buffet "Fins to the Left", and we easily have the most de-motivational music in the league.

Hmmmm...you have a great point I think. Metallica with their long hippy hair, scraggly beards, power chord metal riffs certainly fit the Latin flavor of Miami. I've seen several Cubans on Calle Ocho wearing Ride the Lightning shirts. Jimmy Buffett is a South Florida native...what the hell were they thinking?

GO GET US METALLICA!

Yeah, you're right....the fans should just Conga and do the limbo in the stands because we have to pander to the latin community. Good point genius.

South Florida is a Latin community man. C'mon. You REALLY think Metallica is going to get a Latin based crowd "pumped" as you say? No lol. They're not into that crap.

By the way, I edited your post.

He does make a great point, Ive heard that garbage through the tv, and they need some real music playing in that stadium. Metallica? Maybe not, but Id say some Hip Hop or other rock. If the dolphin fan base is mainly Latin, I live in south Texas and almost all latins love hip hop.

Owners do not win games, players and playmakers do. How about we get some of those instead?

Have you ever seen how they can pack a show in Latin American countries? Plus, it's relative to location. In Brazil, even the hot preppy-looking girl sitting next to you on the bus is probably a huge Sepultura fan. If Metallica doesn't work, bring in Max Cavalera. We could play "Territory" or "Roots Bloody Roots" after a TD.

well they did have Aerosmith's Joe Perry playing guitar at the stadium about a month ago.

so that's a step in the right direction.
