You have to understand that it's an article for SI.com and as such they're covering what is/has been the topic of national interest and that's Ricky's return.

I think the only reason Peter King is at the Dolphins TC is because of Ricky, if not for him we wouldn't have any coverage from SI.

Thanks for the link man.

Glad to see that Ricky seems happy while at camp.

King is actually on a 17 day 15 training camp trip at the moment.

I wasnt very happy with his report on Boston "not looking too swift" but overall it was a pretty good read. Ive said it before and i'll say it again, its no coincedence Ricky's return has resulted in sportswriters giving our team a closer look, and its resulted in some positive feedback.

I don't know what he meant by that.

Schefter, and all the other reports say Boston looks smooth and fast. Even Peter King said he didn't see Boston limping. Maybe he just meant he didn't get a lot of action, or balls thrown his way.

... and we're included in that group because of Ricky. I mean, we didn't even get any national coverage on games 'cause of last years record. Had Ricky announced he was coming back earlier, I bet they would have had at least one nationally covered game. BTW, I'm from DFW too.

Nice to see another Dallas finfan on this board, you wont find too many. Although I have to disagree with your comment about Peter King only visiting our camp because of Ricky's return. King's always been a fan of Saban and the big story would have been Saban's first training camp as Dolphins head coach had Ricky not decided to return.

Please!

King has been on Saban's nutsack before he became coach of the Dolphins. Ricky or no Ricky, he'd be there doing this story. The media circus we had on Monday, yeah, thats Ricky. But Saban coaching in the NFL is a big story too.
