New power rankings.

I can't believe the 49ers are 2-1 and ahead of us. But at least this shows the near equality between the Jets and Dolphins. I think they are both like 6-7 win teams.
 
I'm not really surprised that anyone who doesn't like us thinks the pats game was a fluke. We have to prove it wasn't before we'll get respect.
 
How are the jets in front of us?? They have the same record as us not to mention they barely beat us on a blown pass interference in the end zone also Favre sucks.

LOL, that's awesome man. Reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Burns and Smithers are walking out of an ivy league football game, and Burns says, "Honestly, i don't know why Yale even bothers to show up anymore, they barely beat us this year."
 
eh...thats fair i think we may be better than ATL, and the 49er's they may have a better record but the falcons beat the lions and the chiefs......and the 49er's have beat the lions and a super depleted seahawks team.....so take form it what you will...i see us as maybe 22 or so in the league.....after we beat the chargers (wink wink) who knows

And at this point i'm only saying the Jets are better than the Dolphins (marginally) just because thats what i've said all off-season and for the start of this year. They REALLY haven't convinced me i'm right so far.
 
Making power rankings is easy.

Step 1: Get last week's rankings.

Step 2: Adjust slightly based on wins and loses for the current week.

Step 3: Make sure to overlook faults of your favorite teams and bolster any of their strengths so that you can justify their ranking.

Step 4: Make a witty comment about each team or one of it's flaws.

Step 5: Post it on a blog and make it look official.

So what do you want the rankings to look like?

You can't believe what exactly? These are guys' opinions, that's it. It's as relevant as the dump I'll take tonight.
 
San Diego is also 1-2 but are 8th to these guys. So, there is a 17 spot difference between them and Miami, in their opinion.

So it isn't simply about records, it's about what happened last year as well.
