Barry Jackson's new Sports Buzz column is out. Lots of Free Agency stuff in there like good news and bad news on Albert and Delmas, as well as this and more on Mitchell:

"The good news on the 6-3, 300-pound Mitchell: At 26, he’s four younger than Starks and Soliai. He was highly coveted. ESPN’s Bill Polian ranks him as the fifth-best free agent at any position in the entire class. He has pass rush potential; PFF insists he had four sacks last season (NFL.com credits him with only 1.5) and ranked him 26th of 69 tackles as a pass rusher."

It has the inside scoop on Dmitri Patterson, James Jones and Evan Dietrich Smith.

It also has free agent running back info such as:

"Running back is not a priority for the Dolphins, but Dolphins executive Dawn Aponte called Tuesday to check in with the firm that represents free agents Ben Tate ..."

I have always found it interesting that Joe has never went after his old players from GB. I agree about Deitrich Smith BTW.

I wouldn't mind Smith but only if they signed him to play C. He got pushed around to much as a G in Green Bay. Then the Fins could move Pouncey to LG. With his athleticism he would be an ideal LG.
