I usually come to the site on and off but never post. I usually just post on the ESPN Dolphins messege board. I want to start posting here as well but how can I get those pics or avatars on my messeges and profile. Thanks!:confused:

Just have your pictures ready. Then go to the "User CP" menu on the top left of the message board screen. The control panel will allow you to edit different parts of your profile.
