Its time for a change.... If you read the article they bring up some good points about the dolphins needing a change... siince it hasn't really changed since '66.... No one will forget our legacy of the past....BUT.... its time to start a new one.....
 
What they really need to change is that outdated, cheesey fight song!!!

YES!!! I felt almost embarassed when they played that after one touchdown when we were down by 2 more!!

As for the logo, could this mean the dolphins are actually looking at a change? I think we should definately send over the ones from the contest. I think someone should take the finheaven logo and put it on a helmet just for kicks.

On another note, I can't help but support the old fight song. I have more of an emotional attachment to that than the logo. Go figure!

I understand, but man, don't we as Dolphin fans get berrated enough? That fight song has to go! "We're in the air, we're on the ground, we're always in control". That speak went out with Lombardi!!
 
.........I was heading off to bed but checked this thread before I did, now I will be up a few more hours.....

Going to sketch out a few ideas, then actually draw the ideas that I liked, scan them, digitally color them in and everything.
 
MODS can we get a thread going for all those who are submitting to put the logo up here so we can see it?????

Just by way of comparison, try suggesting to a Bears fan that they need to get rid of "Bear Down, Chicago Bears." And good luck with that.

I suppose so... I just think its hard to Make a logo better then waht we have know without making it look dumb.

Found one!! I did a little research and found a website that showcased actual prototype helmet's that were submitted around the nfl. This awful helmet was shot down back in 1990 THANK GOD!!
