kcs got a lot of young talent but matt cassell holds them back...cassells in the matt moore range...i'm putting us in that same boat

I don't think we're the clear cut worst team in the league, but we'll certainly be in the running for that honor.

i'd rather be carolina even though they have an awful d simply cause they have cam newton and so much promise for the future with him...

Carl Nicks.... biggest thing that team did in the offseason. They are going to be right in the thick of things with the Saints and Falcons to win that division

i'm not an alum or fan...if that was meant as a low blow you should have used it on nubs...

really??? tell me why...

It was a joke b/c PSU is in shambles, saying that would be the only team they are better than.

I think SL will be a suprise team this year and will compete for the NFC West.

care to kill time and explain why???

Well the short answer is that each of those teams finished with a worse record than Miami last year, and I dont believe any of them have done enough to surpass Miami. Some of those teams had good drafts picks, but those picks are a few years away from being stars. Richardson might make a big enough impact for Cleveland to be competitive though.

cam newtons gonna beat some people also...you can bet on that...that division is gonna be tough as nails imo...i think the saints may be the ones that slide but who knows

t rich is gonna face stone wall fronts til weeden proves he can beat people...and in that division...i'm just glad we're not in it...cinci probably finishes last given their sched...them and cleveland will duke it out for the bottom imo

Indy will be the worst team in the league once again.

Andrew Luck will go through the same growing pains that Peyton went through up there considering they have no real threat on offense and no one to run the ball to take some of the pressure off of him. All around Indy is terrible aside from 1 or 2 really good players on both offense and defense.

"You are what your record says you are" and right now we are 0-0. For ranking purposes, I'd accept taking our last years position and then apply some subjective factor based on gut feeling of how we have improved or declined relative to others. We went 6-10 last year after starting 0-7...overall that's saying we won a little more than 1/3 of our games with a strong upswing toward the end of the season. Based on record, we were tied for 23 with Buffalo and Caroline...let's avg that and say we ended up 24th. I personally think we've improved given some of the changes and a strong finish last year. So, to say we have slid 8 spots to the bottom of the league is just a crazy reach. The author is just spewing craziness trying to sell papers/add space.

Man, I must be super homer or something because I really don't think this team is that terrible.

Agreed, but Cleveland has a solid D, so just getting average play out of Weeden and TRich should make them competitive I think. I Cleveland is similar to Miami
