Hate to look ahead...take one week at a time...blah blah blah.

Right now we are just on the outside looking in of the playoff standings at the midway point in the season. Need to win over winless Tampa Bay to get above .500. We then have a game vs SD, who we would, battle for that last wild card spot and then a game vs the jets 2 weeks after that. Winning those 2 games plus the win over Tampa would get us ago 7-4. A game with Carolina is sandwiched in there and could be a classic trap game if we aren't careful.

It can be done, but we need to build on leads instead of giving them back.

Carolina is playing much better now, and rivers is having a good season for SD. Those passing teams kill us.
We do not have a quick strike or high powered offense. Our defense must play well for us to have any chance.

Chargers, Steelers, Panthers all scare me atm. But if we play like we are supposed to, back to they we were.

Our current OL play is far too inconsistent to think we can beat any team, for sure. They have to work around that short coming, and that can easily blow up in your face. Example, the Bills game.

That LOSS will prob bother me for a few years.

WE NEED to scour PS offensive linemen around the league.

And we really need some infusion of TALENT at WR. Somehow.

Ohall? My old buddy from back in the Dolfantalk days? Canephins here. Just recently changed my handle after 15 years of being Canephins. Just needed something new and fresh. How you been man?

The real key is Patterson. He has to stay healthy and be on the field. Tim and time again has shown we are a different team with him out there. We have two shutdown corners with him in there. Without him we are playing with a gaping hole on that side and we get picked apart.

Carolina's defense is strong. Add to that a squirt RB and a QB who doesn't sack easily. That will be a tough game.

Really? You need to win to make the playoffs? I didn't know.

Gotta win six of the next eight. Don't think nine wins gets it. We can beat ne at home so the division is not out of the question but we gotta sweep the jets and win at buffalo.

We need to be rooting for Baltimore to win their division from here on out and they still play the Bengals twice. The Bengals and Chargers are the 4th and 6th seed right now, if the Ravens win their 2 games against the Bengals we're half a game back of them and we're tied with the Chargers right now who we still get to play.

Sherman needs to coordinate his ass off the final 8 games and figure out how to manufacture a lot more points per game than we have been.

This for sure is our best chance for a run right now. Beating a crappy TB team followed by an average SD team, the jets, a decent Carolina team. All winnable. If they want to be taken seriously another 3-4 game win streak is needed now.

The Buffalo and Baltimore games may just end up crushing us in the end, lets hope not..but SD is a must win, as is TB obviously.

10 wins gets us in for sure, 9 may do it.

That's his job... you know, the one he hasn't been doing?

We are scoring 4 more per game then last year.

Improvement takes time and patience.

He has RT17 on pace to possibly throw for 4000 yards.

Miller could get 1000 yards rushing.
Hartline and Wallace could top 1000 receiving yards.

Not a bad offense compared to dolphins offensive teams of recent years.
