Next Dolphin to the HOF...?

I don't understand why either of the Mark brothers are in the HOF yet. I hope that someday both of them will be in it.

Wondering what people thought about who some of the next Miami Dolphins should be elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame? I believe Kuchenberg has been on the list for a couple years?
I was hoping for some of old favorites...maybe...someday?
- Duper
- Clayton
- Duhe
- Offerdahl
- Webb

Only Webb and clayton will have a shot at it Imo--I think Clayton might be next--do many WR's get picked?

well heres mark claytons stats.
Rec 582 yds 8974 ave 15.4 tds 84
Not bad eh? he may get in IMO.

Kooch is really the only one with a shot. Duper, Offerdahl, Duhe, Clayton are already off of the ballot. Webb was known to be a pass blocker but not a run blocker and that won't get him in. Also unless something changes be happy with Seau as a Charger and I hate to say it but Thurman has a good shot as well.

Thurman Thomas I don't really consider a Dolphin in the same respect I don't consider Robert Edwards a Dolphin.... But I do see Thurman Thomas making it.

I think Richmond Webb played a role in the success of Marino. Webb never gave up sacks on marino's blind side and was arguably the best Left Tackle in the league, at least in terms of pass protection, for several years. If we had a crappy left tackle back then ...things would have been tougher on Marino for sure.
:yeahthat:

I agree with Jax. He wont go in as a Fin but is the most likely to make it.

Junior Seau

you left bob kuchenberg i think his name is off the list, he's an o-line man hes been a finalist for the last like 2 years, he prolly will be the next, then duper or clayton but not for a little while

i see both thurman thomas and jr. seau making it with the bills and chargers respectively. I don't see keuch making it... he's been on the cusp for a while, but alot of talent has retired recently looking to eat up the HOF bids. I think he will remain on the outside looking in for the forseeable future. We have some guys who are excellent players (JT, ZT) but not hall worthy considering their minimal impact on the league. I don't know... maybe ronnie brown in time (fingers crossed)?

And i know this doesn't really belong in this thread, but I would get torched if i start another ricky thread. Do you guys consider him a dolphin or a saint? I would go with dolphin because of the impact he made on our organization and deuce's prominence in New Orleans. What do you guys say?
