Next Round of Leaks from Martin Has Arrived

Hostile work environment, harassment, compounded by the most likely windfall of the workplace realizing that there was a problem and took no action to correct it. I believe the NFL will be sued for the blatant hazing that is to a degree condoned throughout the NFL. This will cause ramifications across the board and the payout will be huge IMO. Let's be clear, I think Martins a whimp and he should slither off into the hole or wherever he came from.
 
So in other word Martin's agent is coming up with a counter to a locker room that stood by Incognito. Can't have a unified locker room siding against his client I suppose, he has to show his client as being bullied now by the entire locker room.
 
Unless other people support his story, this was a bad move. A day after the team shows support of Richie all of a sudden you had issues with "multiple" teammates. I'm sorry but if nobody else says they had issues, then it's all on Martin.

This could end up destroying any sympathy he had
 
I hope Cogs comes back ready to play the Pats or Jets and they rally together like a team could and should after going through this BS. We're ready for a playoff fight and it's ours to take.

Oh yea he knows, he is setting up his case now, the players picked on him he can't go back to that work place and will be treated poorly by players from other teams....pay me the money i would have made if not for the awful work environment in Miami..time to get paid before he quits.....

Hm.... I agree to some extent.

But the NFL and NFLPA will squash Martin camp before it's all said and done.

Too many inconsitencies, too many witnesses saying other wise, etc etc....

No way the NFL will open up this black hole so that any time a coach yells, or curses at a player the team and league could face a law suit for hostile work enviroments.

Slippery slope.
 
As a high school teacher, if I have a student say someone is bullying him/her, I investigate and punish the person if there is evidence to support it. If a student says everyone is bullying me and nobody likes me, I wonder if it's the student themselves causing the problem; it usually is. I usually hear things like "They can give it, but they can't take it".

This is where the focus needs to be.

One of two things needs to happen: either the league needs to make this transparent immediately or the Dolphins need to stop commenting. As the transparency thing wont happen anytime soon, the Dolphins need to stop the escalation.

And thats what this is. Escalation. And unfortunately for the team, Martin has been collecting evidence for a +year and the Dolphins are merely reacting. Its playing straight into Martin's hands. Its not a coincidence information keeps coming out as the players keep speaking. The narrative is being built for him. Inevitably, Martin will release all of his information. But right now, hes sitting back, watching the players/team go out on a limb, then cutting away at them or using it to bolster his existing information.

Whether they are right or wrong, the Dolphins are playing this stupid. This is like watching a family member go through a divorce and watching them constantly hand all the leverage to the opposing party.

And it has been announced that everyone should start wearing an aqua and coral hoodie to represent the victim, John Martin. What a friggin joke. Race sells folks.

So like the concussion lawsuit players will come out of the woodwork to claim they were harassed and bullied in an NFL locker room?

So let the parents explain why they let their mentally challenged child play football in the first place.....not too bright parents here.

At the beggining yes.

But it seems to me Martin camp is now on the defensive.

Why is every Dolphins player supporting Incog and the staff? Interviews of players present and past of nothing going on and everyone getting alot.

Well of course! It's because everyone was against Martin.

"WHY IS EVERYONE PICKING ON ME!"

Maybe I'm wrong but the past 24 hours has done nothing but destroy Martin's stance and bolster Incog and Dolphins FO.

This story just pushes it over the edge, Martin didin't get along with anyone!
