Next Step

It seems like Flynn will be our next FA so my question is what is our next step? I think we should heavily pursue Manningham as our last big FA and then pick Floyd as our first round pick. That would give us an offense with so much potential although I am not sure if we could even afford Manningham. Thoughts?

Dolphins need to address the RT position. No matter what QB they select.

And they can't completely ignore the defense. There are still holes that need to be filled.

Nothing official on Flynn yet. Hope something happens before the weekend is over. IF we do sign him...Im not sure we can afford Manningham. Would ne nice though!

Depending on what we sign Flynn for my guess is we'll sign a couple more free agent, 2nd or 3rd tier guys...probably O-line and/or D-line. Focus on the draft after that to fill the roster out. I think we have 45 or 46 guys under contract, not counting the training camp fodder, that leaves 7 or 8 spots left. You hope you can get 5 or more from the draft so well see.

As for Floyd, IMO, he's got some stiff hips and he's not a good route runner. Don't see him as a fit in the WCO.
