If we lose next week we'll be 0-4 in division, 2-5 in conference, and 3-5 overall... This team is not going 8-0 or 7-1 after that. We'd be absolutely cooked with a loss next week, and our recent history in Buffalo is God awful.
Yet another season with a very, very early "must win". Bad. Thanks for another banner year, fellas.

BTW I'm not a Tannehill hater, but he's starting to accumulate a pretty terrible track record in big games.
 
Meh...I don't see this team, especially Tannehill coming up in a divisional game that matters...I mean they haven't in the last 3 years, why would they suddenly transform now???
 
I am not trying to be a downer but after tonights game we know how far this team is from competing with playoff caliber teams. The Dolphins have historically struggled in Buffalo. Tannehill has struggled against Buffalo his entire career. The Bills have had the bye week to prepare and heal up. Rex and that team have their backs against the wall. The defense will be without Wake and the offense possibly without James. Just not a good spot for the Dolphins.
 
This team will be 8-8 at best and certainly isn't winning the division. Bring on the rebuild.
 
is someone going to declare the game each week a must win from here on out ?
 
If we beat Buffalo does that mean the Eagles game is an ok to lose game? The reality is we have to go 7-2 from here and pray for tiebreakers. 9-7 rarely get a wildcard especially if your conference record sucks.

Don't think this team is good enough to go 7-2 or even 6-3 the rest of the way which is what they will need to do to get a playoff spot. I think this team will be lucky to go 4-5 in their remaining games.

Highly doubt it. Two tough places to play vs two teams with arguably more talent. Dolphins haven't won in Buffalo since 2011. Tannehill is 2-5 vs Buffalo (0-3 in Buffalo) The Eagles are tough to beat at the Linc. Until proven otherwise this Dolphin team can not compete vs above average NFL teams.
 
We do kind of have a mini Bye week with tree extra days of rest. So maybe that counterbalances the bye week advantage.

Really Tannehill had he and the Fins won would had been really giving huge respect against a team like the Pats.

Playoffs??!!! LMAO!! Yeah right. I wouldn't want to see us in the playoffs because whoever we played would embarrass us on National TV.
 
I'm a big believer in Campbell and the loss against NE was mostly irrelevant as to what it means for the rest of the year, but Wake out forever. Who knows what's up with James... this roster is not deep enough to withstand those hits. I don't know how much thought we should be spending towards angling for playoff positioning. The only reason this game is a must win is because you don't want to go 0 for the division.
