We just lost to 2 of the best teams in the league (in the Chiefs and Bucs). The Saints will not be able to run the ball on us and their online (as well as Quaterback) stink. Yes their recievers are dangerous but Brooks still has to get the ball to them. Our major advantage is the Saints defence. Say what you want about our offense but it can beat the Saints defence. The Saints secondary is horrible and if we give Ronnie the ball (you know more then 8 times) we should win this one.

I also think Saban has made up his mind and will start Sage. The only reason he didn't say anything is because he wants the Saints to gameplan for both Gus and Sage (sort of like we had to do for Losman and Holcombe).

like i said before the way our secondary is ....please.

Please our problems are nothing compared to the Saints. You have to remember we just got done playing 2 playoff potential teams.

No team needs to game plan for Gus. The Saints will be laughing their a**es of if they find out Saban is trying to make them do that...

The Chiefs had the 30th ranked defense in the league and we couldn't do much at all against them.

Uhhh, the KC defense was ranked 30 in the NFL, and we couldnt do anything through the air when it mattered.

and the Saints passing O will give the Fins fits....

I'll be honest, I have a chance to go to W. V. on a Mountain Bike adventure leaving Wed, my only thing that was holding me back (have the blessing from my wife and kids) was missing the Fins game. Now I'm going!

If the Fins don't beat the Saints next week, they go to 2-5. Then they play the Falcons and Patriots. Two playoff teams. You can't assume wins for those games. If they lost all three, they would be 2-7. Does that sound like a playoff team to you? Even if you change that and assume the Fins beat the Saints, they are still 3-6. Not very good. Miami needs to find an answer and they need to do it fast. Otherwise, forget the playoffs and begin focusing on developing your younger players.

if we can't prevent time killing drives then we'll win. also, it is extremely important to get points in the board first

I dont think you gameplan anything special for either one of these guys.

But I think there is a good chance Sage plays because Saban would have just come and said Gus would be the starter if he already had his mind made up.
