Why do you have to be such a HATER?? We have suffered through 3 decades of good but not good enough. It's time that we deserve some "LUCK". In this league you can be great or horrible but if you are just decent that is exactly where you will stay. I am sick of watching my fins field teams that we hope can be good enough to go 8-8. This team does not have the personel to win a championship and won't have until we get a franchise QB. We had a shot at a franchise QB the last time we had the #1 overall pick and if we get another this year we won't blow it again.
I'm in my 40s and I want to see a championship before I die, and the way it is looking right now we are not headed in the right direction. We need a QB and the closest thing to a can't miss QB is waiting in the wings. This is OUR time, we can't blow it by going 8-8 again. "LETS SUCK FOR LUCK"!!!!!

I can't respect anyone that wants to see the team lose for any reason. Besides, even with the number one pick in the draft, it's not a guarantee that they would take him anyway. Stranger things have happened.

Good to know, but I have to say I can't respect anyone who wishes to remain average, without having the insight to understand what it takes to win in this league. You put yourself in with the same group as the jets and pats fans who like yourself pray we stay where we are, irrelevant.

I love how people assume that Luck is going to automatically be the answer. How many first round QB's have turned out to be total busts? How many promising prospects have had their careers ended due to injury? The whole "suck for Luck" is a horrible argument because who wants a team full of guys who pack it in for 16 weeks. Not sure if any "suck for Luck" guys ever played sports but any athlete who can lose a game at will doesn't have what it takes to be a champion. So Luck would be surrounded by inferior teammate incapable of winning even if we did get him.

why would cinci want to draft another QB when they drafted dalton this year in the first round why would they be that dumb >?
Doubt Moore gets any time next week, unless Henne looks horrible in practice. On the other hand, if Henne again looks worse then Moore in game 2, Moore may get his chance.
He looks good. Clausen is showing progression. I really want to see him next week to see how he fares against our starting unit.
The same reason Carolina should if they get the number 1. You have a legitimate chance of landing a Peyton Manning type QB for the next sixteen years.
