Next year will begin to look a bit more like Gase's team. His second season with another draft and FA signings.
I think Mario is gone,Jenkins ,Stills even though I would love to keep him (his price tag may get to much for us )Cameron gone along with Bushrod(retires)Hall, maybe Maxwell for the savings.im sure I missed a few.i would bet at least 10 new faces in along with 10 out.

I hope we don't go overboard with the spending in the offseason. We aren't a superstar like Suh away from contention. We have several holes that need to be filled, Tbaum can't spend this all in one place. If Albert and Bushrod are gone guard becomes a position of need once again. After that we clearly need some OLBs, a corner or two or three. We HAVE to create some depth on the defensive side.

The position I have my eye on next year is tight end though. Jordan Cameron is making more than Gronk this year. Swing and a miss with that signing. Based on how we've run our offense since week 5 or 6 we need a big tall tight end that can take over the middle of the field, maul people at the line, etc. A big nasty that can play physical and be a safety blanket for Tannehill. He's never had a true tight end and targets them very little for that reason I feel. One of the youngsters like Sims or Gray could be a great complimentary second TE but I want a STUD at that position next year. Then this offense can start cooking on a consistent basis.

I would keep stills and Maxwell..... Mario is replaceable....we got find cheaper player that want plays... we are looking at drafting around 17 pat elflein og/c ohio st Zach Cunningham lb,

Deep year for CBs. Sign a top OG in free agency. Draft MLB first (Foster, Cunningham, McMillin) and then corner in the 2nd. I'm fine with our D-Line, even without Mario. Worry about Wakes replacement in 2018. He isn't playing like he's slowing down anytime soon

Most of those I'd agree with. If Maxwell keeps playing like he has then no way I'm letting him go. Lots of churn before next year's roster, that's for certain. IMHO, we have a lot of needs, such as DE, 1 or 2 OG, 2 LB, 1 CB, and 1 TE. That's 5 different positions of need. Maybe you can get a G in FA, but the rest look like draft picks to me. We can't possibly hit on that many draft picks.

I have serious doubts there will be a lot of new faces among the starters, depending on Bushrod/Albert. For one, I'm not calling Cameron a starter and I'm not certain Miami will give much priority to TE unless it's a mid-round pick. I expect no more than 4 new D starters and no more than 2 on O, again, depending on Bushrod/Albert. I suspect Gase sees this as a 3 year build and won't try to solve every problem this winter. I will add, though, I'm talking starters. I expect some churn in the rest of the roster.

Agree, we need 2 of those AND some THESE TOO!

They may cut
Mario Williams right now. That dude does not care about playing anymore. It's pretty clear. Buffalo was right about him. If there wasn't depth problems on def, he would be out right now.

This is how I see it
QB-Tannehill
RB-Ajayi
back up Drake
WR-Parker
WR-Landry
WR-Carroo
WR-Stills could be gone though I hope he's back
TE-Simms
TE-Gray
nothing for sure after that at WR or TE
LT-Tunsil
LG-?
C-Pouncey but he could be gone too due to injuries. Can't count on him
RG-? Bushrod might call it quits
RT-James

Grant? not a sure thing. Talented but we'll see where he fits
D.Williams? most likely back as 3rd RB and ST

None of the back ups for the O-line are a sure thing to come back. I'd think that one or two will be back but we'll need two gurds. I believe Albert is gone after this season

DE-Wake? Will he stay healthy and can he really start again next year?
DT-Suh
DT-Phillips has been disappointing. ONE tackle on his last two games but hoping year 3 is the charm
DT-Mitchell could be gone too
DE-Branch is not a sure thing that he comes back. We need a stud pass rusher starting on one side or the other and Branch is not an elite pass rusher. Could be gone
DE-Mario should be gone

LBs-Misi and Jenkins are average and can't stay healthy. Both need to be gone
Kiko should be back. None of the other LB's have proven they can start or even be a top back up. I'm sure one or two are back but we'll need two new starters

Corner- Howard and Lippett will be back. Maxwell is hard to tell at this point. None of the other corners have proven anything more than ST's
Safety- Hoping Jones comes back healthy and AQ has been just ok imo and none of the others have proven anything

Our kicker could be gone too and our long snapper is getting old even though he's one of the best. I'm sure some guys will be back that are not starting material but we can't have a great player at every spot. Unless we get two guards that can play and stay healthy our offense will be inconsistent and on defense we need at least 5 starters imo starting with DE and two LB's

Ozzy rules!!

Not that I'm advocating breaking the bank, but I would love to see us go after Warford or Leary in FA. Bump Albert inside to guard, get Tunsil out to LT, and find a guard and center in the mid to late rounds of the draft who will improve our depth and offer a higher ceiling than what we currently have and I'll be happy with that upgrade on the OL for now. I hope that's not too much to ask for in one offseason.

Draft a true MLB round 1, move kiko to OLB. The other OLB can be one of the current guys or maybe a low key FA signing. Draft a tough speed WR in round 5 or 6 to make up for Stills. Give Sims, Landry, and Reshad extensions. Give Kiko a 1 year prove it RFA deal. Then use the rest of the money and draft to get a stud DE, 2 OGs, DT, DB, Kicker, Backup OT, Backup OG, and Backup C.

Guys I think will be gone: Mario, Cameron, Branch, Jason Jones, Paysinger, Misi, Jelani, Franks
