Maybe they are going to interview every assistant coach who has a pulse. Do you think they are lost or just being extra careful?
 
As far as I know we have no upcoming games to get ready for so no rush.
 
I think they're covering all the bases and I like it. I can't say I like all the candidates but the more people they interview the better picture they'll get of who they think is the best fit. If you limit the search you limit the results IMO.
 
Better than Jax approach of hiring the first pile of mularkey that comes through the door.

I don't like all the candidates either, but they really look as if they have no gameplan! Let's hope not!
 
the problem I have with them taking so long is that the longer they wait, the harder it is to get good assistants and also the seniorbowl is right around the corner and I'd love for our coaching staff to be there instead of just Ross and Ireland.

Really think there just making sure they get the right guy, they can't afford to miss on a coach again so I'm absoloutely fine with the process they are going through as long as they get the right guy

Yeah, he wants the team to suck so badly that he can move it to Los Angeles without complaint.

well they did interview othere people including finheaven favorite chud. lets not forget we wanted to interview mularkey but of course he sucks. theyt interviewed mularkey for 7 hours stepped out of room and came back offering him the job of head coach. hell easy to criticize that hire i guess but we are still reeling from being turned down and nobody we have on list is clearly better than mularkey

they had their guy he turned them down now we are in what to do mode

Yes. I was doing cartwheels when Jacksonville hired him fresh off of his 0 points scored playoff performance. Bullet dodged.

yea mccoy with his 10 pts versus a bad ne defense was so much better. at least we can hire a guy with a lower ranked offense than both daboll and henning which makes him a rare find. i like zimmer as a canidate but his defense wasnt very stout versus houstons 3rd string qb giving up 31 points

That's true but Sr Bowl practices start next week. You'd think we might want our HC there to scout potential future players.
