  1. Donald Penn, Oakland Raiders- Probably the most underrated offensive tackle in football at this point in time, Penn is quite possibly the best run-blocking tackle in the NFL. Penn isn’t a fluid mover in pass protection, but he gets the job done with his length and strength. He has the ability to be a very good starting left tackle for some team. Team Fits: Oakland Raiders, Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Miami Dolphins
  2. Russell Okung, Seattle Seahawks- Okung is a rock solid offensive tackle who has been the only steady piece on a shaky Seattle Seahawks offensive line the last couple of years. Okung can play on the right or left side and he has the movement skills to work in a spread offense. He doesn’t have the power to consistently work downhill, but he is a good fit for a zone scheme that likes to get their linemen out and on the move. Okung is a good fit for teams who are looking to go bargain shopping in free agency this year. Team Fits: San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, Denver Broncos, Cleveland Browns, Miami Dolphins
  3. Cordy Glenn, Buffalo Bills- Glenn has steadily improved every year and there are many who think he is a top-10 offensive tackle in the league. He is a smooth mover in space and he does a great job in run blocking. It isn’t often that you see a top-10 offensive tackle make it to free agency, which means he should get a significant contract in free agency. Team Fits: Buffalo Bills, New York Giants, Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins

I really hope that Miami goes with a power O-line, but I doubt it. Too many people like the fancy college-style offenses. Philbin wanted an athletic zone-blocking o-line to run a finesse offense and look how well they did against their division opponents. If Gase wants to run something similar, then he'll be a failure too.

You are correct, Philbin totally sissified the OLine. Unless you have a top notch rb and qb you cant get away with that. Its all about the power Oline, man. To get out of the division, you have to go power ol. period!

Sparano had a better o-line than Philbin. What Sparano needed was offensive playmakers to score TDs, but Ireland basically refused to draft offensive talent in the early rounds. So, they had a good defense and an offense that settled for FGs instead of TDs. Philbin got rid of Incognito and didn't want Jerry, yet these two were better than anyone that Philbin put on the o-line. Personally, I'd get at least 4 new starters if I could. Albert is often injured and not worth the money, and Pouncey is nothing special and not worth the money.

nonsense. Zone is an excellent system as well, we just never bothered to sign any decent linemen.

Getting Cordy Glenn would be huge.. He may be to pricey tho. Although money shouldn't matter for that position!

You can sign a really good guard and resign Miller for the cost of OV. Let's see what this FO values.

Would one of these 3 OT's be replacing Albert this year?

Can Donald Penn kick inside to G? If he could that would give us one OG and ST all in one. We need versatility in the OL with Albert and James both now having injury histories. We need versatility without compromising a large quality drop off.
