5. Dolphins: Whether you want the Fins gig basically boils down to whether you buy into Ryan Tannehill as a franchise quarterback. There's significant investment in him as the future of the franchise. Regardless of whether the team can get out of the contract, it's spent a ton of resources, financial and otherwise, on securing his future and putting pieces around him.
The big, BIG downside of Miami is no one survives coaching jobs in the AFC East. Bill Belichick's first season with the Patriots was in 2000 and since then, including interim coaches, the Jets have employed five coaches (Al Groh, Herm Edwards, Eric Mangini, Rex Ryan and Todd Bowles), the Bills have employed eight coaches (Wade Phillips, Gregg Williams, Mike Mularkey, Dick Jauron, Perry Fewell, Chan Gailey, Doug Marrone and Rex Ryan) and the Dolphins have employed eight (Dave Wannstedt, Jim Bates, Nick Saban, Cam Cameron, Tony Sparano, Todd Bowles, Joe Philbin and Dan Campbell). It's a freaking graveyard out there.
The good news is you've got Ndamukong Suh, the bad news is you're hamstrung by Suh's contract. Owner Stephen Ross has shown some serious patience previously though, giving Philbin more time than he deserved, even if Philbin got canned four games into 2015.
We are barely ahead of the Browns.
